At the beginning of 2024, interest rates were high. Wealthsimple was launching a new mortgages product that would make them a little lower. So we tapped into that mortgage renewal feeling (bad) for the launch. Oh, and they weren’t yet an approved mortgage lender so I couldn’t say that our rates were low.
